One Day . One Workout . One Purpose .

Fight Gone Badd III will take place at Whole Foods Downtown on Saturday, September 27th! This is CrossFit Central's biggest event of the year for many reasons. One, it is for a great cause...raising money for Prostate Cancer. 1 in 6 men will develop prostate cancer this year. That could be your dad, your brother, your boyfriend, somebody you care about. Help raise awareness and funds to help those you love. But this event is also about the Austin community and CrossFit Central comunity coming together and showing our support.

On this one day athletes commited to the Fight Gone Bad workout will move from each of 5 stations after one minute each for a total of 5 minutes followed by one minute rest and repeat for a total of 3 rounds. The stations consist of Wall Ball, Deadlift High Pull, Box Jump, Push Press and Row. Counting your reps and the total at the end of the 3 rounds is your score. This event can be scaled to any fitness level. We will meet you where you are comfortable...we just encourage you to come join the CrossFit Central team and workout for a great cause!

I just did a practice round of this workout this morning. I did it at elite weight: 55lb. Push Press, 55 lb. Deadlift High Pull, 14 lb. Wall Ball, Tall Box and Row. I'm not going to lie...it was HARD. I pushed myself and scored 253. Today, not sure if I could've done any better. 2 MONTHS!!! Get ready, start training, join us for this awesome workout and support the cause! You have time. My goal this year is 300. Not sure if it's attainable but you gotta start somewhere.
