
That's right...watch out...we are team "Vicious and Delicious" and we are going to WIN the 6 Week Lean Turkey Challenge!! Yum, yum get ya some!! WOOO HOOO! My team meets tomorrow night to conjure up how we are going to kick some booty and be in tip top shape by the time Turkey Day rolls around. 3...2...1...GO!
I am pumped for this challenge and think it couldn't come at a more perfect time. I know that this time of year is typically the hardest time for people to stay on track with their diet and fitness goals. It starts getting cold outside and your feeling more lazy and less apt to get active outside and more prone to couch it. No more swimsuits to stress over. Holiday parties out the wazoo which typically means naughty food and drinks. Holiday candy and treats in the office. Family vacations which can take you off track from your regimen, the list goes on. So many obstacles and excuses for each one. DON'T DO IT! Stay STRONG...stay away from those delicious Pumpkin Lattes and warm couches by staying motivated and challenged. Sign up for a Boot Camp or Indoor Class, Personal Training...whatever it takes to carry you through the holiday season with success. Don't loose everything you have been working so hard towards and accomplished thus far. And if you haven't started yet...definitely don't make that goal that you have been wanting to tackle so much farther away and more difficult to achieve when you finally do start. You will be so much happier this season if you put your health first.
