8 Week Challenge...

This morning we put about 100 people through body compositions and a workout for the "I Am CrossFit" challenge. This challenge is designed to help motivate people to reach their goals and hold them accountable along the way while tracking the progress. I am inspired by how many clients are willing to take the extra step and go above and beyond. What an awesome community of people!!
I am dedicating myself to this challenge right there along with them. I did my measurements, before photo, benchmark workout and now for the next 8 weeks I am going to do my absolute best to zone all of my meals and food log. Track all of my workouts and push myself during every one of them. And keep pushing and never give up if I meet a bump in the road.
Here is to the next 8 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!
