Day 11 of the I Am CrossFit challenge! Still focused, still zoning, only had red wine on Saturday and I zoned it with lean protein and good fats. Ramped up my workouts...did 5 CrossFit workouts last week, 2 runs and 2 Hatha Flow yoga classes. Feeling good and ready to keep going. Stay focused by reminding yourself what you want and why you deserve it. All of my clients turned in their food/workout logs to me and they seem to be focused too. Awesome job!
