One week down in the I Am CrossFit Challenge and my team is hitting it hard! They have all done what was asked of them...set goals, get body comps, attend nutrition meeting and apply what they have learned to their diet, log their food and training and we met for an extra workout on Saturday morning. These people are dedicated and up for the challenge to be better which makes coaching them that much more enjoyable. Stay on track for 7 more weeks and results are sure to come your way! Nice work!!
