Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to a great friend and training partner, Coach Jen Cardella! We've had some goooood times girl! Here is to more fun times ahead!

Tuesday's Training:
AM - 2x (250m Row, 500m Row, 750m Row) * Rest the same amount of time it takes to complete each row.

PM - Coach's WOD
1. 7x1 Thruster, I hit 130# which is way down for me but I haven't lifted heavy in months so not too bad. Felt good!
2. 21-15-9 Abmat Wall Ball and Wallball "2-fer-1s", 14 pound ball
Time: Around 6 mins, don't remember exact time
