I've taken one month off from real "training" during my wedding/honeymoon and since returning I've been doing some research and trying to decide what my next goal is or what is going to get me super motivated to start training hard again. I reviewed .com WODs, CF Football Site, some personal blogs I follow, etc. and decided that the CrossFit Endurance programming stood out to me the most for what I'm looking for. I feel like it's a good mix of endurance, strength and straight up crossfit with a few double days and a recovery day or two. I like how organized and specific it is with a clear cut way of measuring your progresss. For my current fitness level this is just what I need!I am committing myself to an 8 week cycle on this program and will re-evaluate at the end which gets me through 2011 and will be perfect timing to make a new goal from there. I'm excited to start a new program and work on some weaknesses and get myself back to tip top shape!! I'll be tracking my WODs on this blog to help hold me accountable. Today is day 1 woo hoo!!

Love it! I am not 100% doing CFE but have incorporated more track workouts and runs to my CF training and I am much happier. Can't wait to hear what you think!
Jess - I'll look forward to reading about the CFE workouts! I may follow in your footsteps because I want to step up my game once my foot gets better!
