CrossFit Central just completed an 8 week leadership challenge! The project began with everyone reading Strength Finders 2.0 and finding their top 5 strengths. We then spent 8 weeks getting to know one another, learning others' strength set and learning how to work together efficiently. Our team, Team Crucibles, WON! I was only able to participate in 4 out of the 8 weeks since I was gone for a month but in those 4 weeks I learned more about the people that I am fortunate enough to work with and I am so proud of each and every one of their dedication and commitment to not only this team but the entire CrossFit Central community. Friday: Coach's WOD
1. Snatch Balance (NO Dip!) 80#s
2. As a team of 4 knock out 400 Double Unders then individually complete one of the "Girls" bencmark WODs. I had the pleasure of doing "KAREN" - 150 Wall Balls (14#s) for Time - My quads are SORE!!!!
Saturday: Lean Turkey Team WOD + 1 Hour Recovery Walk
Sunday: Rest Day
