Tis The Season




Gratitude! Ryan and I hosted our very first Thanksgiving at our little place thanks to our family and friend's wedding gifts of dishes and kitchenware! While it wasn't exactly traditional we all had a blast and enjoyed each other's company. We also put up our Christmas tree and had an unexpected surprise visit from my grandmother, Mumsie, today from Fort Worth. Ready to get back to the grind tomorrow!


Last week's training:


Monday: Coach's WOD - 15, 12, 9 of 95# Thrusters and Weighted Pull-Ups

Tuesday: Coach's WOD - "Nutt's"

For time:10 Handstand push-ups, 175 pound Deadlift, 15 reps, 25 Box jumps, 24inch box, 50 Pull-ups, 100 Wallball shots, 200 Double-unders, Run 400 meters with a 25lb plate

Wednesday: 30 minute Run

Thursday: Off

Friday: Off

Saturday: 4 Rounds 5 min. Run, 50 Lunges
